“Beth is an amazing yoga teacher! I absolutely love attending her classes. She does a fantastic job sequencing her classes and modifying the poses to meet the needs of all of her students. She is welcoming to everyone and really makes an effort to make each student feel comfortable and at ease, no matter what level they are able to participate in class. I love how she mixes in traditional yoga poses with unique poses to challenge your body. I highly recommend attending her classes!”

I put my little ones in child watch and older one I'm activity center and they all love it the childcare girls are very nice and seem great with kids. “Honestly their staff is amazing. Every time I come in from a stressful day at work or from my business , they always make me feel welcome and motivate me to get an exceptional workout in as well as hear me vent about my day. They do all of this while catering to all types of customers from different walks of life being polite and courteous to all of their needs and demands.They are always cleaning machines, restrooms, etc;cleanest gym around. Little Shannon, Ryan, Sam, Big Shannon, Kara, and all the rest of the staff are the best! My staff can learn a thing or two from there example. This is why I always go to this gym which is 10 miles out of my way because it’s simply the best around.”
