However, it's much smaller than Crown Point Broadway or Winfield, and had a limited selection of items and seemed crowded. I do not intend on returning here unless I am in the area again simply because of the smaller size.”

“First came here in 2021 after my wife broke her hip and we were waited on by Basil. We were in need of a bathtub bench and a cane for my wife. Basil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of his products. We recently went back because we needed a wheelchair for a short period of time and they rent them by the month. “I love their online feature. They did 3 different poses for pictures and let us pick which ones we wanted for our soccer league. They had awesome back grounds. They have great customer service if you have an issue and call your right back. I gave 4 stars because they are a bit pricey and the memory mate didn't come with the cardboard stand. However, they ship fast and I got my pictures in 3 days.”

In other words, rather than detract from its image with obnoxious neon signage and other tacky gimmicks, this firm has opted to cultivate an organic - referral based - reputation for quality services. I myself only came to know about the Crown AMI through a personal recommendation. And while it pains me to not give your business a 5 star, I feel as though a bit more natural light (from skylights or what have you) would really bring out the full potential of your establishment. “Got a new gun, went to the range and put a few hundred rounds to break it in and wanted a holster for it. Called them and asked if they had a holster and they were nice enough to set it aside for me. Had rushed cleaning my gun and couldn’t get it back together. So decided to head there anyways and told them about my gun and the owner was nice enough to figure out what was wrong and helped me with it as well as making sure it was clean enough and gave me some tips. Couldn’t recommend them enough, not only have they helped get me the parts or supplies I’ve needed, they went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.”

“These guys are incredibly friendly, honest, nice and fair. I brought in three vehicles in a week, and they managed to get them all done quickly and for a good price. For the amount of work I needed done, I thought for sure it would be pricey, but it wasn't bad. And just today I managed to lock myself out of my truck, didnt know who to call, so I called P&B and within 15 minutes they were there and had my door open for me. “We're planning a bathroom remodel. We walked in, looking for some ideas and the owner, Max, gave us so much help it was amazing. Prices seem good. He's a young guy that has his own business, a "mom and pop" place. We didn't know that they not only sold the materials, but they also do the work. We're having Max come out for an estimate next week. Give them a visit. We've dealt with the custom supply places, Leep's, and Lee's, and they were knowledgeable but very high.”
