The response from three individuals who looked at my rig (one being the supervisor himself) was that "although I would like to take your money you don't have frame damage" which was something that I heavily feared. It was something they could have lied about. Something they could have exaggerated. Instead they were upfront and honest. They even provided options for me to fix other problems I was having for cheaper. They acknowledged my automotive knowledge and know-how with vehicle in my ownership for years and gave me suggestions and offered to be a sounding board if I got stuck. All this for free. Had to be the most refreshing experience with automotive related service to date. Just upfront honesty and solid professionalism is literally all it takes. Why others don't get this remains a mystery.”
