“This is my favorite branch for their selection, even though there are two others closer to me. I took off a star, because one of the last times I went shopping the cashier was wearing her mask on her chin only. She was standing right next to a sign that said masks must be worn at all times, while she processed the customer in front of me (who had a cart filled of items) and then myself with her nose and mouth exposed. I wanted to take a picture. It was aggravating and hilarious at the same time.”

“I called before coming in to make sure they had the shoe I was looking for in my size. The guy that answered the phone was really really polite, cared and was very nice. He was very knowledge about what shoes they had as well. Then I came in and asked him about the shoes and he genuinely cared about helping me find the shoe I was looking for and we walked around the store to find the right size through men’s and women’s. He made the expierence very fast, easy and enjoyable! His name I think was Adam… had a very cool vibe.”

They kept exactly to their quote but what pleased me and SHOCKED me even more is that there were two parts that my male friend thought I would need and Discount Transmission wouldn't know until they actually took a look (but that would be over the quote in parts and labor). Well ends up I didn't need either of these parts--now I do believe most places would have taken advantage of me as a woman (I mean in truth, I wouldn't have known) I was told by a trusted friend that he thought I needed them after all--nope!1 I did not and the fact that I know they were honest with me and didn't take advantage of me.
