When jimmys closed, due to him passing, a hole was left in our stomachs and our hearts (yeah I went there). I have been looking for a deep dish pan pizza like this for the better part of a decade (I did other things too so easy with the judgement on the time). But, I bet a lot of you are too. “Always heard about this historical place from others but for some reason never went there. We stopped by for Friday dinner. 2 orders of their "famous" poor boy steak sandwiches and a perch dinner. All of us were very happy with the food and what pushes this to a 5 star rating is the ambience. It is the old style steak house of yesterday (still serving Old Style) that brings that ole timey feeling. Gonna come back and try the steaks. Prices? Not cheap nor outrageous. UPDATE: Came back again on a Friday night and ordered another steak sandwich. Excellent again. Maybe some steaks next time.”
