This is a review for Kiddie Academy's preschool during Covid. My daughter attended the preschool for roughly a month (I got a job elsewhere and had to disenroll her). I would say that overall, Kiddie Academy is one of the better schools in the area in terms of facility (large, clean), good food and great location. They do a great job managing large groups (19 children in my daughter's class, supernova) and keeping to the schedule. Covid protocols were strict and successful.

I took away one star for communication. When all the paperwork was done and my daughter was about to start, I had to personally ask to meet the teacher, Debbie, for an introduction. I wasn't given one during the tour (only saw her from a far) nor offered one at a later time. There was no welcome email from her or any information about her background, teaching credentials or experience.

Due to Covid protocols, no parents are allowed in to the facility. You drop the child off at the front door (after electronically signing in) and during the day you will get 1-2 picture updates through their app and a general summary of what the class is doing.

My daughter returned to a classroom after being home for a year so I was very keen on knowing how she was doing the first week. I messaged her teacher on the app and there was no reply. I would call and email the director, Savannah, who would rarely call/email back and would instead "catch up" during drop off. That wouldn't leave me with much opportunity to talk as other parents were waiting in line to pick up their children. It was hurried. When I asked if there was anyone I could talk to get an update on how she was doing , there was just a look of bewilderment and no name. I finally asked to see Debbie who didn't give much of an update the 10 min we talked.

When my daughter was sick and I would email to let the office know she was going to be absent and there was no reply. I wish the communication was better as it would have made the onboarding experience a lot more pleasent.

I'm very happy with the care that my 2.5 years old son is receiving at Kiddie Academy Redmond. He is very excited to go to daycare every morning and when I pick him up he is always happy and with a smile. All staff and teachers have been outstanding in this daycare, they all provide love and personal attention to all the kids. Miss Valeria is the primary teacher in the Venus room, my kid loves her, she is very caring and extremely responsive. We feel our child is well cared for and safe while we are away. Could not ask for more!

I have know Marshall as a friend and associate for years, and he has always had my best interests in mind. He has provided me with great legal advice when I've needed it and he has supported me in trying times. I've had Marshall as a customer for years now as well and he has always presented himself as an honest, straightforward man. Any client would not be disappointed in choosing to work with him.

Highly recommend Ms Juli. She gave lots of love and care to the kids. My son loves Ms Juli a lot; every time when we drop off him to the classroom, he will be happy without cry if Ms Juli is there. I am so glad to have my kid go to KA Redmond Ridge and have a such good teacher there!

My son attended Redmond Kiddie Academy toddlers room On July 1st. Ms Juli and Ms Kayla are awesome; they patient and love the kids. I get updates about the day for sleep, meals and activities. My most favorite part is they take pictures for kids to remember happy moments. I never had any concerns about his care in there, since the teachers will take really good of him. Other teachers there are very nice, too. Every time I drop off or pick up my son; they all say ‘hi, xxx’ ‘bye, xxx’ or try to make him smile.

My son went here for bit less than a year, but we saw lot of improvements within that time. We really felt, he was ready for Kindergarten. When ever we dropped him off at the school, he was always excited and looking forward to go there. The staffs are all just great!! I would definitely recommend this school for preschoolers.
