Unhappy about being told there would be a 2.5 hour wait to for them to process our books we were selling and then it being a nearly 4 hour and 15 minute wait because of the rule they forgot to mention: if someone comes in after you with fewer books, they stop processing your stuff and process the smaller stuff. Lousy policy and bad for anyone with a babysitter at home on a schedule.
(December 22, 2018, 12:57 am)This is a great place to shop and I can spend at least an hour here. There are so many books to choose from, both new and used, and most are a good price. Plus it is very organized. There are also other items such as toys, movies, video games, puppets, stuffed animals, and unique gifts so even someone who is not a book lover can enjoy their time here. All they are missing is a coffee shop inside!
(December 18, 2018, 8:01 am)Love the environment, staff, and products they offer. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help you. Plus I love how they give out free books from time to time. Highly recommend this place.
(November 12, 2018, 7:43 pm)I have never found anything that I am specifically looking for when I come in here. Instead, I leave with a full bag of books I am excited to read. I usually prefer the second hand books. The store is quiet, but has a lot of energy.
