BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Had the large order of ribs. Big portion worth the price. The side salad had too much leaf mixture for my taste. I prefer iceberg lettuce instead. Service was great. Being from out of town I would recommend this place for a great stop for food and drink.

We went to BJ's to celebrate my son's birthday since that's what he wanted. We were seated very quickly, and our server Jessica was quick to come and attend us. She took our order and made some suggestions. She brought out our drinks and appetizers and kept coming back when our drinks were low. SHE IS A GREAT SERVER. We never had to ask for a refill for our drinks. Talk about being very attentive. We didn't have any problems with our order, everything was great. Food had great flavor, and the price is reasonable for the amount of food that you're served. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The burger shown in the picture is so thick that i couldn't finish it, but it was so good. I recommend it as well as the garlic parmesan chicken and the chicken sandwich. If you haven't been there or you're planning on going, think no more, just go cause you won't regret it. You will not be disappointed and dont forget about the dessert. If you order the "Pizookie" but you feel stuffed, just share cause it's a lot. We'll be there again soon, and hopefully, we'll get the same server.

I recently visited BJ's in Merrillville Indiana l was very impressed with the food. I ordered the blackened salmon, rice, and broccoli, and it was cooked perfectly. The salmon was flaky and moist, and the broccoli was cooked al dente. The rice was also perfectly seasoned.
The service at BJ's was also excellent. My server was friendly and attentive, and she made sure that I had everything I needed. I also appreciated that she was able to recommend some of the beers on tap, which were all delicious.
Overall, I had a great experience at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Merrillville. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in the area

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Merrillville was a pretty good dinner spot on a recent business trip. I have been to several other BJ’s locations, and they are typically pretty consistent with good food and staff.
I usually look for locally owned or non-chain restaurants, but BJ’s is a solid go-to, I’m never disappointed. Burgers, tacos, steaks, all very good.

My family and I arrived there around 1pm . We were a party of 12. There was a 45 minute wait for a table. Finally our table was ready and we all were ready to eat! We were sitting for about 15 min before a waitress came to our table ,which was understandable because they were short handed. She asked if we wanted something to drink. My brother ordered buffalo boneless chicken wings and everyone ordered drinks while we all looked over the menu. When she bought the drinks we were all ready to order. I am vegan and it's always fun to see what's on the menu I can eat and it was my first time eating here. I ordered an Asian salad with honey ginger dressing,a cup lentil soup, fried sweet potato fries and a lavender lemonade. We waited a while for our food. My salad came last so I went from hot food to cold food and the fries sweet potato fries was cold the waitress brought me some more fresh out the grease which was perfect. I would have liked my salad to come to the table first. There were no complaints about the food. Part of the family ordered burgers, chicken wings, & pizza. There was a variety of foods at our table. I recommend ordering the lentil soup it was delicious and the fried sweet potato fries were amazing! The salad was okay I didn't get the Asian taste I was expecting.
