Today I came into PLS and I can admit I was having a very rough day. I thought I was just going in and pay my bills and get up out of there. I can admit I was very impressed on how the employees there was very friendly to every customer. The treat everyone the same and kept a smile on their face. They said Thank You and Please to every customer. I felt more then just a customer that was paying money to be there. I felt that I was appreciated for being there. They brighten up my day. It the little things that count.
