The beautiful facility, the loving care, the great entertainment that SM brought in were good, but the uncle enjoyed the company of the staff and enjoyed being here. Staff attended his funeral. We were shocked! When time came to find a care home for my mother-in-law, Spring Mill turned out to be the best choice. When needed, physical therapy was right there and as we needed it, The Legacy provided excellent care for the mind and the body. We were so grateful for the fine care of our relatives that we continue to visit the residents with our therapy dog now as volunteers to give back a bit for the love and professionalism that Spring Mill has shown us.”

Dr. Carlson is the first vet I've found in this area who actually understands pet nutrition, feeds her own pets a species-appropriate diet, and was able to help me navigate the nutritional needs of my cat. I look forward to learning how eastern medicine can provide solutions to problems where conventional medicine has failed my cat. I wish I would have found this holistic vet much sooner, they are the best kept secret in NWI!”

“Had a great customer service experience with Patrick and Neal. Both are friendly and do a good job at what they do. The facility is well maintained, clutter-free, and organized. The storage area is well lit and clean. Prices are very reasonable and they are upfront with no hidden fees. I am looking forward to a great stay at Public Storage. UPDATE on 9-26-2918 I am still pleased with the service and the facility. BUT I have been a very faithful and loyal customer and they are treating me so bad. I have had the same unit for 3-4 years now. I stared out paying a very reasonable fee. After a year or so the price increased. The fee keeps increasing and I’m almost at $100/mo. Same small space, no changes, pay on time 99.9% of the time, no improvements, no specials, no discounts, and the fee keeps getting higher and higher. I will be looking for a new space for my small amount of precious items very soon. Been with them to long to be treated this way. So if you need a nice clean spot for storage, I still recommend Public Storage, but don’t stay long...they don’t appreciate long-term customers.”
