“So far, so good. Space was pretty clean. I wish it was climate controlled but the drive up takes priority. We were able to secure our unit and move in the same day. The door is a little wonky but I was showed a trick or two to make it work. Laurie in the office is so amazing. She had great customer service. She make the process smooth and easy. Very accommodating as well!”

“I've had my things stored here for about 7 years and have never had a problem. My items have been through the best and worst weather conditions with no damage. No problems with theft. You have to have the access card just to get through the gate, then you have your own personal lock that only you have the key to. Debbie is very nice and easy to work with.”

“Had a great customer service experience with Patrick and Neal. Both are friendly and do a good job at what they do. The facility is well maintained, clutter-free, and organized. The storage area is well lit and clean. Prices are very reasonable and they are upfront with no hidden fees. I am looking forward to a great stay at Public Storage. UPDATE on 9-26-2918 I am still pleased with the service and the facility. BUT I have been a very faithful and loyal customer and they are treating me so bad. I have had the same unit for 3-4 years now. I stared out paying a very reasonable fee. After a year or so the price increased. The fee keeps increasing and I’m almost at $100/mo. Same small space, no changes, pay on time 99.9% of the time, no improvements, no specials, no discounts, and the fee keeps getting higher and higher. I will be looking for a new space for my small amount of precious items very soon. Been with them to long to be treated this way. So if you need a nice clean spot for storage, I still recommend Public Storage, but don’t stay long...they don’t appreciate long-term customers.”

“June 20, 2018. Place is trucker friendly, lots of space to roam around. Apparently there is overnight parking.The young lady at the window was pleasant. Took two minutes to take all info. Showed up at 22:15 they assigned me a dock at 1:10 a.m the next morning. It's 1:47 am docked 30 minutes ago, light still green. Update! Nov 1, 2018. Showed up, dock assigned, docked and loaded, all in 58 minutes. That included acquisition of paperwork! Wow! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Also, help write reviews on warehouses with good morale to keep companies in check. It also assists other drivers stay updated.”
