I am genuinely grateful for the cost-effective services, outstanding customer service, and dedication demonstrated by the entire Premier Team led by Ron. Each step of the process held the same high level of service from Amy and Cathy in the Office to Josh and Cooper on the installation of the Windows. I had several Window Companies come by to present their product and pricing for their services. After each visit, I would then contact Better Business Breau and Google to review each company to see their BBB or Goggle Rating and any comments from previous customers. I also reviewed Consumer Reports where Premier Windows was one of the companies listed that carried the Preservation Window Series with an overall replacement window score of (93). I was impressed from the introduction meeting to the finalization of the contract. While reviewing several companies, in comparison Premier Windows stood above the rest. I learned a lot when shopping for Replacement Windows and involved time, patience, and the willingness to do the research. Each sales presentation equipped me to know the various features of a great window and what would be a great price for replacement windows.
