“On Friday, August 12, 2022, I was experiencing shortness of breath. I had my wife drive me to the Franciscan Hospital in Munster. After many tests, Dr. Nicholas (who came into the hospital from an already planned family function) determined that I needed an IMMEDIATE pulmonary procedure to remove massive blood clots from my lungs. Actually, Dr. Nicholas was stunned that I was even alive! Dr. Nicholas and his crew of four worked meticulously and VERY professionally to remove the clots and literally saved my life, for which I am grateful. I am thankful for folks who take their jobs seriously for the health and benefit of others. I, my wife, my children, my grandchildren, and my students are VERY appreciative of Dr. Nicholas and his workers. I will be praying for all of you every day until the day I actually do go to Heaven. “Dr. Qin saw my daughter when Riley's wouldn't give her a referral after a very high, but not high enough in their opinion, thyroid result. My daughter has Down Syndrome, kids with DS typically do have hypothyroidism, having hypothyroidism affects cognitive abilities among other things. Why a clinic that totes their devotion to kids with DS wouldn't give 100% to those kids is a darn shame. BUT Dr Qin to the rescue....he saw her without a referral looked at her test results and has been treating her since! The staff is friendly and the place is super nice! We love it here!”

“I have skipped going to the dentist for years. I have horror stories of things that have happened at other places in the past. I also have had an issue with Bell's palsy in the past which caused me to avoid the dentist as I viewed it as a risk. I went in for an initial visit because my gums were swelling up and had the first half of a deep cleaning today. I wasn't treated like a baby just because I'm afraid of triggering my Bell's palsy. They took the time to come up with a plan to try different things to avoid those potential triggers. Laura did the cleaning. She was gentle, caring, and professional. She didn't treat me like a baby or a pain in the neck. She treated me with kindness and recognized that my fear was real. She is wonderful and I'm glad to have her for the second half of the cleaning. The dentist is a very calm and very nice man as well. It's super clean, super modern, and the staff is great!! The receptionists are fabulous!! I'll be a patient for life!! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!!”
