FIAT at Napleton

i have never been here bt i am a big fan of fiat 500 they are so cute !

I want to thank the team at Napleton for helping us out in a tight bind. Driving home from Michigan we had some trouble with our car and needed help ASAP. Brandon at their service department came to the rescue and not only helped navigate our insurance, but also went above and beyond in keeping us informed of any road blocks with repairs and arranged for us to be driven back to the city despite hour+ drive time when we couldn’t get a rental. You do not find customer service like this anywhere! They are life saver and if you ever need service they are the best in the Chicagoland area! Make sure to ask for Brandon.

I've never met such a helpful bunch of people! They are upfront, friendly, and so easy to talk to. Not like your typical car dealer! I'll definitely be back.
