Tire Choice in Sandusky Ohio helped my family when we had an emergency situation and needed an oil change. We had stopped @ every "big" name shop and although there were 10 people standing around they were not willing to help. We decided to try 1 more place and stopped @ Tire Choice. We explained our situation and the gentleman said they will get us in. We waited about 15 min and then they took our car back. We only saw 2 people working the whole time we were there and they were still willing to help. Our paperwork says the manager is Steve W. And we believe he was the gentleman we spoke to when we went in. As we were leaving we realized that it was late and close to closing time for the shop, but they still helped us out of a jam . We really appreciate the great customer service we received @ Tire Choice and we will continue to take our vehicles there to get serviced.

I received terrific service yesterday. Aaron and Brett were great, they fully explained in detail the service they were providing. Was to have tires and brakes done. After a thorough inspection they advised brakes and rotors had a good amount of life left on them. I was told the day prior by another service provider that I needed work that was not needed. Installed new tires quickly and professionally. Saved $550 by going here. I will definitely use them in the future for my Auto needs.
