“The staff at Cutler Funeral Home exhibited compassion and expertise as we planned my Father's Memorial Service. In such a difficult time, it is so comforting to have such caring professionals at your side. It was 2 AM when our father passed away at home. Cutler Funeral Home was called to remove our father from his Hospice bed. Two sharp gentlemen in suits promptly arrived with a folded flag in hand. After expressing their condolences, they respectfully asked permission to remove our father from his home. After we responded yes, they politely asked for a private moment. We left the room and when called to return my father was resting on a gurney draped with the American Flag. Our Father was a decorated WWII Veteran. They also remade his bed with clean sheets and resting on his pillow was a white Rose with an attached note reading "Rest in Peace" After a moment alone, the gentlemen asked permission to cover our Father's face before removing his body. We will NEVER forget the true professionalism and compassion exhibited to us that night. Thank you Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation staff. The Harold Bernacchi Family”

“Lakeview handled my grandparents cremation and funeral arrangements in 2011 and 2016. We loved the beautiful space and the caring staff. Recently we lost our daughter prior to birth and I knew I wanted to have Lakeview handle her arrangements. Our daughter was born at night and they were able to pick her up from me late that evening/early morning. That was wonderful because I just couldn't leave her at the hospital. The next day we went and met with them to handle the arrangements and everybody was so kind and really made us feel comfortable. This was definitely the hardest thing I've ever been through yet they were able to somehow make things much easier on us. It felt reassuring knowing that such good people were caring for our daughter. They did everything for us free of charge and even offered us a loner urn until the one we ordered for her comes in. They offer a beautiful selection of remembrance jewelry and I plan to purchase a necklace to put some of my daughter's ashes in so part of her will always be with me. Thank you for making the most difficult time of our lives easier on us, and thank you for taking such good care of our sweet girl. Kayla & Zachary Sheblosky”
