“We recently had a plumbing emergency on a weekend, of course. Summers was the only company to respond after calling many. We've never used Summers before but I'm glad now that we did. What we hoped was a simple clog turned into a giant project that included cutting out parts of our street to get near the main tap. A tree root both in our line and in the main turned out to be our culprit. It was an AWFUL situation but Summers made it the best that it could be. Devin, Clarke, Austin, Austin, Ed, Scoop, and several others from Summers all made appearances several times at our 2-day job site. I'm pretty sure we had the whole division at our house at one point or another throughout the 2-day project! The sub-contractor they used (Tyler and JR from F&E Excavating) were amazingly fantastic as well! They all worked their tails off and never once complained. You can tell they love their work! We ended up having to have more of our line replaced than thought (and the job turned out to be more difficult than initially planned) but the guys did a great job! They often had an audience of neighbors (and even a local daycare) and they didn't bat an eye. Very professional, very personable, very nice guys. After this, we won't call anyone else for our plumbing, heating or cooling. They've definitely earned our business and we couldn't thank them enough for making the best out of an awful (and incredibly expensive) repair on our new-to-us home! Thank you guys!”
