“Store can definitely use double the amount of employees then it currently has, just like the 5+ other DGs that are within 10min drive from this one… it’s nice that it’s new, but would be better if they could actually put products on the shelf’s instead literally everywhere else but the shelf itself(also like all the other lcl DGs). But whenever I need help, it’s available, sometimes it’s even offered w/o me having to go on a safari looking for help(like one has to at a WalMart or Lowes..).. so it’s 5-Stars bc of the age and the obvious external factors causing majority of the issues… but you can only shift the blame for so long before this review goes quickly in the other direction”

“Roofing contractors are a dime a dozen in our part of the state, but there are very, VERY few that pay attention to time, detail & quality of service like Ace did. They followed the instructions on what we needed done, proposed options for roofing materials in our very wind prone neighborhood, and gave us a roof we're quite confident will weather whatever mother nature can throw at it. On top of that the color selection greatly improved our curb appeal & fit the character of our ranch home more than the last. The staff were really nice & made the whole affair pleasantly uneventful. It was a great investment & we're happy to say so.”

One time I called the number, said my name, and they knew what I'd ordered before I could remember. I asked if I could have ND filters added to the order. Barry said "I'll have to check if we have them currently, but one way or another, they'll be in the kit when your rental arrives." You can email them any time of day and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Their pricing is also comparable to those larger rental facilities.”
