They gave me great exercises and stretches to rehabilitate my shoulder. My next visit was a very thorough workout. They made sure that I was improving. My results were very surprising to me. I healed a lot faster than I ever could’ve imagined and it was all due to ProActive and the effort they put in to make sure every detail was taken care of. I now feel better than I did before my injury and now I have a toolbox of exercises and stretches to hopefully prevent a recurrence.
