One time I called the number, said my name, and they knew what I'd ordered before I could remember. I asked if I could have ND filters added to the order. Barry said "I'll have to check if we have them currently, but one way or another, they'll be in the kit when your rental arrives." You can email them any time of day and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Their pricing is also comparable to those larger rental facilities.”
