“First off I want to say the I didn’t deal with Loyal and True directly, but through Lap of Love. Our dear family dog, Richter, had passed away at home and we were completely devastated. It’s been a really tough couple of weeks, but when my best friend finally returned home I felt at ease. I’m writing this review because of the love and presentation that had been returned to me. We had another dog pass away over ten years ago and his remains were returned to us in just a plain box. This is the complete opposite of how Richter was returned to us from Loyal and True. First off his urn is absolutely beautiful and the etched name plate is a personal touch that I appreciate. We also received a death certificate and a folder of poems and resources on dealing with grief of a pet that has been useful. We also received a paw print in clay, but the enclosed small lock of hair blew me away. I was not expecting that and when I saw it I absolutely lost in a bout of uncontrollable grief. I think it was at that time that the true extent of all my grief came to the forefront. Thank you so much for showing my dog and my family such respect, it’s very much appreciated in such a difficult time.”
