“I give this 4* out of 5 only because i think its quite ridiculous when once before we could call over the phone to add vehicles to our policies but now, even if you live an hour away, u have to bring the vehicle there personally to add or take off of policy. I think thats ridiculous..BUT however, the policies are nice, cheap, and very affordable. Especially if you might be on a lower income. And depending on which location u go to, ive ran into a couple employees that was kind of rude. And also if u need help speaking to someone for Spanish, they have that covered as well.”
