I didn’t come here under the best circumstances…. But Carolyn’s kind and genuine personality and professionalism, really brightened up my day and made me remember that they’re are good people. I felt like I had known her for a few years. She was very helpful and was kind to my son and took me to my unit and even cut opened the lock package (I didn’t even have scissors) and she did it for me. The place is well maintained.
Got my new unit. The place was clean and ready upon arrival.
Heather is on-point. From knowing her availability to responding quickly for any inquiry I had.
Originally I have rented too-small of a unit.
When I found out/ understood that, she was understanding and helped me out quickly to find the right unit, while truck and my unloading crew are waiting there.
Didn’t want to challenge her that way, but when it happened- she acted quickly like a top notch pro.
Was very impressed with her.

And as a bonus- she is also nice and welcoming. 🙏🏽

Happy I came to this facility.

So far so good. Beyond the friendly customer service I’ve received to date, you only have to observe the facility to note that the security features have been well thought out. High fences (not cyclone fencing) that keep the inside of the facility out of view from prying eyes, plenty of security cameras, pest and fire protection, and channeled drives throughout the facility to funnel excess rainwater away from the units.
