“Yesterday I was needing assistance to find a specific product in the cosmetics department at the Houston Levee store. The consultant, Nita Corbin, was so very helpful. She stopped what she was doing a helped me until we found it and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. She even gave me a complimentary bag of coupons and samples. In today’s shopping experiences, we can barely find an employee that will even make eye contact with us. Nita was a breath of fresh air in the world of “service with a smile” and I truly appreciated her efforts.”
