“My parents furnace quit working and I called Action Cooling Heating in Alexandria. They arrived within less than a hour and determined the furnace was releasing very small amounts of carbon monoxide and needed replaced. They removed the furnace out of the basement, mixed and poured a small amount of concrete to level the floor area the furnace sits on. They came back the next day with the new furnace and installed it. They had to redirect a few pipes to make it safe being the water heater sits right next to the furnace. My dad is 80 years old and I didn’t want him to have to worry about a thing. This company employees are informative, professional and skilled at what they do. They took the old furnace away, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. They have excellent customer service, knowledge technicals and they are courteous. Thanks to there quick response my parents are warm and safe.”

“Today October 9th, I had a routine service cleaning of my furnace. Mark T (Tech) was the gentleman who came out and performed the service. First I want to commend him for being on time as promise. Secondly, I want to commend him for his professionalism. He was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. Thirdly, Mark T went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a total hip replacement surgery 4 weeks ago and was able to get down on my knees to light my gas furnace fireplace. I shared that with Mark and he offered to light it for me. Even though that’s not what he was here for, yet he took the time to light my fireplace. In my opinion, that is professionalism at its best. Mark T exemplifies what customers services is all about.
