“Terry was a great guy, very responsive and had a great time with him. I made the mistake of not asking for the cost of repair before he began or wouldn't have bothered. Cost $226 for a $65 dollar part and a 15 minute fix. Higher end cost online said max would be around $160. Always ask for price up front I guess. Edit: Updated to 4 stars after some discussion with my girlfriend, it WAS very quick service and we were able to diagnose the problem without him having to come out, so he is very knowledgeable.”
