“I had a19.99 coupon for an oil change. They told me to be there as close to opening time as possible. They opened at 7:30 and I didn't get there until almost 9am. From the time I walked in to tell them why I was there to me pulling out of the lot took them less them a half hour!! Plus they have the sweetest cat that comes to keep you company while you wait. I'm totally a dog person but I have to admit that is one of the sweetest smallest cats I've ever met!! I have anxiety when I'm out of my house and I actually left there so relaxed and happy that I actually got way more done then I'd even planned on doing!! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and even if I moved back to the northern part of Indianapolis I'd drive to The Southside to let them work on my car!! They were all super nice guys but they certainly didn't waste anytime getting my car done and me back on the road!!!”

I had a road hazard issue with a tire I had bought just a year ago and they were able to take care of it for me and provide me with the new tire. The turnaround time for the whole experience exceeded All my expectations. The store was clean and the whole environment just shouted we are professionals to me. I would recommend anyone I know to seek out this location for all your tire needs. The value is tremendous because they will price match anyone. But it's more about the people and the service. I went to Brown's garage several years ago and had appointment to do some work in my car and they just cough kept on saying is too busy I ended up going somewhere else but since it's changed hands I've been there about four or five times and they've always got in they right in done excellent work and very very satisfied with her knowledge of the newer cars so I've got a vet and I've always taken it to the dealership but they promised me that they knew how to work on so I'm thinking for the first time I might take my vet to them to have work done on it very satisfied with their work”
