“I’ve been with this specific building for 28 years. I normally see Dr. Hoyt, but it would have been a while before I could see him so the office scheduled me with Dr. Harker. I’m so glad that they did. Dr. Harker is very thorough and understanding. He is by far one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He’s changed my life dramatically in just 3 short months. The whole staff in the office just goes above and beyond. Thank you guys so much for all of your relentless dedication to your patients. We appreciate you more than you know .”

“We are so glad we found Certus at Waterford Lakes for my mother in law. She was 96yo with dementia. She lived at Certus from November 2021 to April 2022 sadly she passed on April 15th. The staff at Certus are wonderful I just wish we found out about them sooner. She also had hospice care thru Cornerstone Hospice which was recommended to us from the staff at Certus. Cornerstone Hospice is the best thing we did for her and us along with putting her in Certus. Wonderful staff very loving and caring. Treated mom like she was their mom. Wonderful. “These guys are true Pros. From the person that I spoke to on the phone, to the young man that helps me at a counter, to the technician; all were friendly and great to deal with. I had a road hazard issue with a tire I had bought just a year ago and they were able to take care of it for me and provide me with the new tire. The turnaround time for the whole experience exceeded All my expectations. The store was clean and the whole environment just shouted we are professionals to me. I would recommend anyone I know to seek out this location for all your tire needs. The value is tremendous because they will price match anyone. But it's more about the people and the service. These guys knocked this one out of the park! I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled because it's hard to find service like this in this day and age. “1/21/22 Today my sister and I went back again for broccoli soup. The cashier, Joanne, was super nice and so helpful. She (Joanne) is so pleasant. Not so with the woman fixing the soup. She had a really bad attitude. Her name was Camille and should not be in a service industry. Also, our broccoli soup was just lukewarm. Any other time, the service and food has been excellent. 1/7/22 - Wonderful broccolis soup and service!”

“I saw a wrestling event here so this review is for the building itself. Lots of free parking in large grassy field, fairly easy to get to (just a cpl miles off the freeway), decent suburban part of town near plenty of restaurants and gas stations. Building interior was well lit (no flickering or missing bulbs), clean (I sat on the floor through a lot of the show and wasn't disgusted or worried about getting filthy) and modern (metal walls with sound-proofing foam sprayed on the interior). Bathrooms were functional and sufficient. No specific area for concessions or merch tables, but the room was large enough that each could be set up in a corner and there still be plenty of room left over. The trade-off is there wasn't much character to the place. It was just a big, sort of bland and sterile, white room; which is kind of the point I guess. It is what it is.”
