“Wow. This place is so awesome. Went to my first class so intimidated. I’m not by any means “in shape”. But I took the leap and signed up for my first class. Julie helped me get set up and she was so awesome. She was so friendly, informative, and patient with me she made me feel totally at ease. The facility was so clean and nice, I was extremely impressed. So far I’ve been to 2 classes and I love this place. The instructors are so motivating and kind. I love the team comradery before and after class. Overall, I have never felt this comfortable at a fitness facility before. This place really is special! Excited to keep it up!”

Turns out, I didn't need to worry. The staff here is friendly, bedside manner from start to finish was excellent, and they listen to you and your concerns. I left feeling fantastic about the entire experience, and I feel that's what a good dentist's office should do, even if you receive bad news.”

They need to take into consideration that, on occasion, one sh*tty customer can interrupt the flow of business and affect the predisposition of the employees. “I love, love, love the place! The staff is wonderful! Buffy is awesome! She helped me find the distinct pair of frames that would go with every accessory! LOL Dr. Avila is awesome! He explained intricate details of my eye exam and results. From the receptionist to the optician, to the eye doctor have Ossip Optometry (Willow Lake) provide outstanding customer service. They are a little pricey.. but it is worth every dime! I refuse to go to anyone else. They have the latest up to date equipment and eyeglass frames. They will walk you to the spot where the item that you are looking for is. They bag your stuff for you in real brown paper bags, not the flimsy, ultra light, rips before you get it home plastic bags. Awesome store.”
