“Dropped by to see the Steelcase Gesture chair in person. It was a little hard to find by the way of Google maps sending me to the loading dock rather than the showroom around the opposite side of the building. I’m directionally challenged so no stars lost for poor google maps directions. Know that if you see loading bays you’re on the wrong side of the building. Once I got there I was met by a friendly and helpful representative who took the time to show me a personalized demo of each chair. Dainen was patient and pointed out the key features of each chair and how they were similar and different from other comparable chairs I was considering for my home office. I was surprised to learn about how thoughtfully designed Steelcase chairs were built for humans of various sizes. It was also interesting to know they were built to encourage people to adjust their seat throughout the day. Can’t wait to get my custom ordered chair in the mail. I highly recommend business furniture for your home or office. The show room was very clean and it was impressive to see the quality of the furniture in the showroom.”

“I like Alterra as a company because the do a great job, and they are thorough, and I don't have bugs in my house, which sounds simple, but that's the bottom line, and why I pay for the service. Kristin came out today and did a wonderful job checking the place. She was kind and nice to my kids, and even to my dog, who can sometimes spook visitors. But what really got me was was that she was also really enthusiastic and joyful about doing her job, which just really surprised and impressed me. “Hello, everybody! It's the first review for this company named Sullivan Commercial Supply! The owner of this company, PAT SULLIVAN is more human than any other business owner I ever met in my career! I'm a truck driver and I picked up a load on Thursday with delivery today, Friday out of Alsip, IL( Chicago area) and the appointment for delivery was scheduled for today between 8 and 12! Unfortunately, a broker from CH Robinson who booked this load did not ask the main owner here for any delivery time, gave me the load and today when I got at delivery location, Mr. Pat told me he can't unload me, because they have a big sale day, which means a lot of customers come here for shopping and there is no space and time available by 5 PM ET to get empty! I was here around 8:30 AM and I had to wait and come back at 5 PM like I've been told! I got here at 5 PM, Mr, Pat Sullivan kept his word and unloaded my 53' trailer in 40 minutes! When he brought me the paperwork signed, Mr. Pat did an amazing thing: GAVE ME 50 bucks, because I had to spend all day in the area and apologized again for the situation! He hopes that I'll get extra money from CH Robinson who admitted over the phone they never scheduled any delivery appointment for today, but they put " delivery hours 8-12" on the load confirmation in the e-mail! CH Robinson never called me today or my dispatch and they're trying not to pay me extra! So, my point is that Mr. Pat Sullivan is a great manager, with human feelings and his business decent! SULLIVAN COMMERCIAL SUPPLY DESERVES THE BEST PEOPLE TO COME AND GET STUFF FROM HERE! ??”
