I had a flat tire at 4:30 in the morning - I called my road side assist and they called Martin's Wrecker. They arrived 10 minutes later and took great care of me! They got me to a 24 hour tire shop and I didn't have to wait long before I was back on the road again. Thank you for turning a very scary situation into a good experience. I highly recommend Martin's!!!
A gentleman named Dwayne helped me. Dwayne had excellent customer service & was very professional. The service was provided by my insurance through my roadside assistance however I would pay out-of-pocket for their services anytime and highly recommend them. Thanks Again Dwayne! ????????????????
I had a terrible afternoon as my vehicle would not turn over (start). Thankfully I have full coverage so I lined up a tow to my dealership. Martins was who Progressive chose. The tow truck driver who assisted me was named Mark. Mark is a great guy and was very polite along with efficient. I recommend Martins to anyone who finds themselves in the predicament of needing a tow. Make sure and request Mark. Thanks again Mark and Martin's Towing!
