(July 15, 2018, 10:59 am)I did not know Jack Kirkland when I hired him, but I know him now and will hire him again whenever my piano needs another tune-up. For many years, Jack has maintained and tuned all the pianos for the Indianapolis Public School system, so he knows what he is doing. He was prompt, clear, and meticulous with his tuning. It was awesome to watch him. His stories, which I requested, and pianist skills, which were a bonus element of the tuning process, only added to his great service.
