As soon as I walked in the door, an older lady with thicker glasses looked at me, sighed and kept talking to another worker. Around the corner came Melissa with smiling eyes. She showed and explained every product I was interested in, and even some she recommended. She was so friendly and I did not once feel as if I was asking too many questions or being an annoying customer. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and made shopping a breeze. I was reluctant to buy at such a high price but Melissa assured me that this cooking ware lasts a lifetime, so I gave in.
