“I recommended Cooper's Hawk in Indianapolis to a co-worker who flew in for an event in our office. She was waiting for a second co-worker to get in from travel to go to dinner. They went there straight from the office, having never been there before. She's been to NY, CA, all over the country, and all she did the following morning was rave about how wonderful her experience was, and how much she loved the place. "That's the best restaurant I've ever been to, and I can't thank you enough for recommending it." Exact words. I myself have taken two different special ladies here for a nice dinner, and both evenings were magic. It's an elegant environment with a warm, inviting atmosphere. There's an upscale feel, but it's not a place that the average human feels intimidated walking into. The food is fantastic and the prices aren't painful. You can dine as expensively or as modestly as you'd like, and still have gotten your money's worth.”

Switched from chicken with bone- in to chicken tenders because it's less messy to eat. Kale salad here is my favorite side but the fries are great too. My son enjoys the chicken n waffles.”

Great tacos, nachos, and burritos (probably other food as well, but that is what we had). The chef came out to verify the food was good, and we had a conversation about the great tortillas they use for the burritos. Friendly staff, and the food was out quickly and well prepared. “This is more grocery store than restaurant but it has a few tables and some food selections at the end of the meat counter. They have tacos although I've not tried them and a few plate meals served with rice and beans. The plate meals I've tried were excellent. I like spicy, and these were. Not your chain store TexMex but only a very limited selection. Not a place for a destination dinner, but a place I'll go back to regularly for lunch, and maybe an occasional dinner when I'm on my own because the family has other plans. Spanish is everyone's first language, but they go out of their way to help me in English.”
