“My daddy has been at Golden Living three times.He is a Patient there now. Today he had an emergency and his trachea popped out and they knew right what to do and sent him back to the hospital to get it replaced. It could of been different had they not respond fast when he push the call light.When daddy came back after 8 weeks of being in the hospital everyone made us feel so welcome and they went out of their way to tell us how glad they were to see us and that he was doing well. I would tell anyone that is going to need nursing home/ rehabilitation to go to Golden Living they will treat you right!”

“My recent experience at ESI was phenomenal. I am a pilot and had one week in which to schedule cataract surgery and be able to return to duty. Dr. Walton, a business jet pilot himself, understood my concerns and spent 25 minutes with me before surgery discussing possible outcomes and setting realistic expectations before we proceeded. I have always worn glasses for astigmatism and opted for monofocal toric lense implants which would allow me to return to duty without a mandated waiting period. Within three days of surgery I had 20/20 distance vision or better in both eyes. Even more than the successful outcome, this was the best medical procedure experience I have had with a spirit of caring eveident throughout the facility. This started with Bob and the other greeters who ushered my wife and I to the waiting area. It continued with the warm welcome and hospitality of Diane, the hostess. Marianne, a technician was awesome, and Ashly's sense of humor was fun. Dr Johnston, the clinic director went above and beyond to answer all my questions and took extra time to generate a report for my optometrist so I could get temporary lenses to pass my vision test. He also scheduled a follow up the day before my return to duty and was able to sign me off to return to flying. Dr. Walton's caring, thoroughness and skill was greatly appreciated. The procedure itself was pain free. I can't recommend ESI more highly. Anyone thinking about cataract surgery would be in goood hands here and I would not hesitate to endorse ESI to family and friends.”
