The installation took about all day but it was well worth the wait. The quality of the products are solid, sturdy and just impeccable. The drawers slide very smoothly and with ease. Want my advice? Get the crown molding. It sets the whole closet off. I couldn’t be happier. It’s the first thing that my friends want to see when they come over. “Store needs a good cleaning. The stock is always there on the shelves and in good order. The prices are good the product is also good. The staff are nice and funny, they make you feel welcomed and like family. They do need new registers the ones they have keep crashing or gives them a lot of problems, especially when trying to use an EBT card or a debit card. I recommend shopping at this store it's a good value.”

Both Jeff and Russ were very polite and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and thoroughly to diagnose the problem. They explained what they were doing and options to fix the problem. They stayed through a short cycle to make sure it was fixed correctly. Luckily, it was an easy fix that time and they had laundry going shortly after. I will definitely call them on future issues and refer others to them as well. They are very fair, professional and have all of my returning business!! ”

“I contacted Godby Hearth & Home to service my 13 year old direct vent gas fireplace after another company came out and quoted me over $1300. to "repair" it. I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment (because it was during the holidays and I didn't purchase the fireplace from Godby), but it was well worth the wait. Rick was punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of servicing my fireplace. It turned out that no parts had to be replaced, and my bill was a whopping $185. - a far cry from the $1300 the other company had quoted. Now my fireplace looks and works great! Godby will be my first choice for future service (and when it comes time to replace my old fireplace, the place to buy a new one)! Thank you!”

There are some who are rude and need deodarant...and need to stop pushing there way among others that are also shopping. I doubt it will change,but I just try to steer clear of those folks.
