“Ms. Rankin as another African American woman to another. I am rising my daughter to see all people and situations with an open mind and I am embarrassed how easily you throw out the word racists. That seems like our race does that a lot when something doesn’t go our way. My daughter has gone to James A. Allison for many years and when I have ever had a question or a concern with anything I have sat down and talked with the person as what any intelligent person would do. From reading your previous reviews of other establishments most of them are very negative. It seems like you are a very negative person and you might want to reflect on your own personal life.”
