The staff was kind and thoroughly explained the issue I was having. This single experience has me thinking I might switch to them becoming my primary practice. Thanks Longs!

(May 23, 2019, 11:12 am)What a great experience! You can tell they truly care about the interactions with the patients and their customer service is top notch. I work in the customer service industry, and they hit all the right marks to make you feel special. Misty at the front desk was awesome with scheduling (got me in same day because of a cancellation!) and helped me understand my insurance. Also, the techs I met with were amazing and so was Dr. Long. The whole process had my time in mind and I was in and out in 45 minutes which included a contact fitting.
