“Wonderful Christian atmosphere. Teachers are so kind and loving to my child. I appreciate all the hard work that everyone at Lighthouse does for my child.”

“This has been the absolute BEST experience we’ve had with a daycare. We were a little hesitant because it’s a “branch” of a larger company, but the level of attention, dedication, and sincerity is absolutely unparalleled in Bloomington. They have gone above and beyond to get to know our child and our family. Bonus: they’ve been incredibly receptive to our child’s stuffed animal and go out of their way to accommodate him. We have been at Rainbow for over four months. In that time, we have really gotten to know the teachers and staff on a level we weren’t expecting. At the risk of sounding cliche, they have really become family. I cannot recommend this daycare enough.”

“I love this daycare. I had my son in ABC for several months before he started school in a month he knew how to write his name, was learning sign language and Spanish. I just placed my daughter in Teddy bear (7 wks) and the staff Michelle and Beth are absolutely great with her they are very attentive and on top of her care, when I bring her in she’s always greeted with a smile. I recommend this daycare to anyone, both of my kids love it and I’m comforted in the fact that I know they are taken care of. If I have questions I know I can contact Sheena and ask anytime. Thank you ladies.”

“Children’s Corner is such a wonderful place for little ones to grow. I was hesitant putting my oldest in a preschool being a stay at home mom, but I am so glad I did. Both my children have gained skills that the amazing teachers have taught through the play-based preschool. My oldest is in elementary school and every chance she gets she comes back to Children’s Corner to see her teachers. All the teachers are so incredible and helpful they do their very best to make everyone feel welcome. It is also a great place for parents to meet other parents of children the same age. Being a co-op makes it easy to be more involved with the school and in your child’s classroom. I would highly recommend sending your child to Children’s Corner!”

“One of the best schools in Bloomington! It's rather liberal with an accent on respect and self motivation. Educational curriculum is a good one too.”

“You cannot pick a better elementary school for your child to attend. The houses in my neighborhood sell quickly just because parents want their children to go to Childs Elementary School. The bad reviews here are written by children and what child wants to go to school or likes any of the teachers? Great school!”

“Reach High Consulting and Therapy was an answered prayer for my son and our family. When he began he had no communicable speech, no interest in others, had a very difficult time adjusting to change, and we were virtually prisoners in our home because the outside world was to stimulating. Reach High walked through the hills and valleys of Autism with us. They gave our son the ability to communicate. Taught him how to engage with others. Gave him strategies to cope with the outside world without becoming overstimulated. As well as teaching him daily living skills. All of this was accomplished with love and encouragement. If you are searching for a place that will teach your child how to be his best Reach High is the place you are searching for.”

“We send our kids here after having sent our oldest to other centers in town. The continuity of care and lots of time spent outside have been great for our boys. Also, we really appreciate how well the director communicates with parents and works cooperatively with teachers. These things really set it apart from other centers we have been at and toured. It's hard to leave the kids during the day, but we know they are in great hands at BDLC!”

“It is only 5 stars because I went when Mr waltz was the principal. He made the school a fun environment and made sure everyone was the top of everything. When he retired the school got turned terrible because of the new principal. Once a fun happy school is now a sad and government looking school. These years that is the summit I don't know anymore and I would rather have a better principal than the one now. Mr waltz rocks! He made the school better. Without him there wouldn't be star parties and endless star parades where you were able to walk through the halls in front of the school and be recongnized by many of your peers for amazing work! The old office staff was amazing and they made sure you knew where everything was in the school if you were new. They wrote up endless tardy passes but they were happy too and they mare you feel very welcome. The school had many many fun teacher but they all left because they weren't allowed to make it a fun environment. I miss the old summit and wouldn't send my kids there at all. I would rather have them be in a fun active environment.”

“My son is a student at BLISS. We moved from Canada last year and I was concerned that schools in the States are not as good. When my son went to BLISS, we found out that their quality of education is superb. Caring teachers and great curricula. And a LOT of fun too. My son is so happy there and he has learned a lot. His science and mathematics surprise me all the time. he also gets to learn Arabic and the Quran. His reading skills are much more advanced that the peers I know in other schools.”
