“I have had my 25th birthday cake, my graduation party cake, and my pledge daughters cake made here and I absolutely love this place. The only thing I can say is that it’s a little dryer than I usually like my cakes so that’s the only reason why it gets 4stars but this is ABSOLUTELY BY FAR my favorite cake place in Indiana.”

“I participated in a croissant making class at the bakery. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes croissants. If you have ever contemplated making croissants at home, this class is a must. But even if you just like croissants, enjoy hands-on baking, or love the taste and smell of fresh croissants coming out of the oven, you will enjoy the class. Eric is a wonderful teacher who clearly has a deep knowledge and love of baking and lots of patience and great organizational skills. We also made (with Eric's help) wonderful pizza for lunch and delicious shortbread cookies for midafternoon snack. This class is not only top notch but also a great value for the money. Each of us went home with a goodie bag containing about a dozen pastries and a handful of cookies. (Don't worry about having to eat all of them at once - they freeze really well). If you add to all this an almost magical setting in the wooded hills outside Bloomington, you will understand that this must be one of the best hidden secrets on a Bloomington foodie "what to do" list.”
