(July 9, 2020, 4:18 pm)Excellent service from Brian for a week pontoon rental for our family. A place popped up to rent so this was all very last minute and they made the process easy. We had one tiny issue and the service guy was out right away. The whole process of meeting them at the public access and dropping off was very smooth. The pontoon wasn't perfect but it worked exactly for what we needed. I would highly recommend West Lake Boat and their team.

(July 17, 2017, 9:46 am)Brian Reynolds is awesome! We rented a boat for the weekend and he helped us with everything. Could not have asked for a better experience. I am not a boat expert and he was kind and patient with all my questions. Would highly recommend this business.
