I always get the best treatment at Biolife in Mt Juliet. I watched Terrell and Shane take care of a customer who was having a reaction to donating. The care and attention they provided made me feel safe and secure about anything that could go wrong. Terrell was prompt with getting to the customer and alerting Shane, who informed the nurse and they made sure the customer had everything she needed and Terrell stayed with her until she could get up. Shane maintained the floor while Terrell attended to the customer. I can’t stress enough how secure I felt watching teamwork being demonstrated. I will continue to do my part knowing that your staff cares about the customers they serve.

This was my first to donate Plasma at BioLife and I couldn’t be more pleased. The Physician (Bill .. or Will maybe?) was GREAT! We talked about his heart transplant and healthy lifestyles. Just a great guy and super experience by the whole staff!

I went to the Mt. Juliet location today scared and anxious because it was my very first time and let me just tell you I had nothing to worry about, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. From there to each station I went everyone was so friendly and helpful, it really made for a great visit. My physical with Bill was awesome as well and had me relaxed by the time I went back to get it started
I definitely will return and refer people I know. I barely even felt the stick, thanks team you did great.
