Call out to Jade in Kendallville for taking the time to make sure we understood the eccentrics of the Toyota Corolla and its desire to correct you and make sure you "stay in your lane". “I bought two boxes of instant grits because of the sign on the shelf that promised a $2 off 2 savings with the digital coupon. I couldn't find the coupon in the app, so I took a picture of the same tag and showed it to the cashier as I was checking out. She didn't know why it wasn't in the app and called the manager over. Manager said if it's not in the app, there's nothing they can do. I asked if they could do a manual entry since they were advertising the discount. The manager begrudgingly lowered the item price as a price match and sent the cashier to pull the tag from the shelf. I stepped away to look at my receipt when the cashier returned with the tag and again commented how it was odd that I had purchased the right products during the listed sale dates and yet no coupon appeared. The manager commented, "Whatever makes her happy." Seriously? Why do I have to ask you to honor your own advertising?”
