“I bought two boxes of instant grits because of the sign on the shelf that promised a $2 off 2 savings with the digital coupon. I couldn't find the coupon in the app, so I took a picture of the same tag and showed it to the cashier as I was checking out. She didn't know why it wasn't in the app and called the manager over. Manager said if it's not in the app, there's nothing they can do. I asked if they could do a manual entry since they were advertising the discount. The manager begrudgingly lowered the item price as a price match and sent the cashier to pull the tag from the shelf. I stepped away to look at my receipt when the cashier returned with the tag and again commented how it was odd that I had purchased the right products during the listed sale dates and yet no coupon appeared. The manager commented, "Whatever makes her happy." Seriously? Why do I have to ask you to honor your own advertising?”

Ryan offered to pick up my husband from work in albion with our new vehicle, he filled our gas tank up before we left, and he dropped the price right to where we were thinking... we didn't even have to argue or haggle! Ryan is super down to earth, pleasant to talk too, and was very honest with everything he knew about the vehicles on the lot. Did I mention that our vehicle was under 3k?!? I told my husband that if he bent over this much backwards to help make our experience so amazing for less than 3k... I can't even imagine what the experience would be like for a 40k+ vehicle. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a tire rotation. I had made an appointment, however they do take walk-ins. “Driver, caution! This lot is tight! There are signs that request you back in from the road. However, if you are good enough, you can make a uturn on the property. You have to be facing the road to back into the dock. Loading times were OK!”
