Dr. loveless and staff are wonderful! My kids LOVE them and actually look forward to going to the dentist! Hands down best dentist office I have ever gone to!

My first visit at Orchard Park Family Dentistry was excellent! I was greeted by Steve, who had been communicating with me prior to my visit. He answered my questions, and made sure that I was prepared for my first visit. I also met Dee, who I had also communicated with before my visit. She was very helpful to me prior to and during my visit. I met my Dentist, Shaun M. Loveless., D.D.S. I received a Comprehensive Evaluation. He explained everything to me to make sure that I understood. He was very patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. Everyone worked together as a TEAM. They made me feel that they cared about me as their Patient. I have very happy and excited to be a part of Orchard Park Family Dentistry. Thank you all for your excellent Customer Service! You are definitely delivering AWESOME!

Such a great dentist. He takes time to talk things over with you and explain things. I really appreciate that. Of all the dentists I've had, none of them have explained things like Dr Loveless. He was great with my 15 year old all the way down to my 3 year old! Even called after my 15 year old has some dental work done. Just to make sure everything was going good. His staff is the best too! Highly recommend!
