Kendallville Animal Clinic

First time going today and Dr. Taylor and his staff were amazing. Being new patients, explaining to us why our girl is having breathing issues and just making sure she was healthy and easing our worried minds. I can't thank him enough.

The practice was sensitive and compassionate to our dog’s recent passing. We were ready appreciative of the separate bereavement room with its own private exit as well as the time they allowed us to spend with our pet during the process.

Excellent place. Although the outcome with my pet wasn’t what I wanted they were very caring and understanding. It was my first time there and they still went out of their way to make me feel like I had been coming to them for years. They made a nice little memorial card for my cat with his paw and nose print and a little blurb. Then today I received a card in the mail from them with everyone in the office having signed it. I will definitely be bringing my other cats to them for check ups and any of their other needs.

Everyone is very kind here; they explain things very well. When I bombarded them with questions about his neuter they didn’t make me feel like I was dumb and answered them all. Then we just had to go back because we thought he had a double ear infection and they told us he did that I was probably yeast and put stuff in them. I really like the fact they call you to check in the day after each visit it makes me feel like they actually care about him.
