“The office lady is great :) She worked with me to figure out the space and price that was going to work best for me. Why I'm giving them 4 stars is because the unit we rented had a leak in the roof. We discovered after it rained and our stuff got wet. We were told they knew the roof was leaking and they had attempted to fix it several times but it just kept leaking. After looking a little closer the overhead board was moldy and starting to rot from being constantly wet. Just wish we would have known in advance so we wouldn't have put our stuff directly under the hole. You have to buy their special locks that you really won't have any use for after you're done renting from them. They do not prorate the rent so if you go over by a day you have to pay the whole month. They were really nice and worked with me on this matter as well. Overall, it is expensive but they run promos that can save some money. They have cameras and we didn't have any issues aside from the leak.”
