“I had been here a few times for rare batteries that I couldn't find anywhere else, but this review is for their cellphone repair service. I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they could repair a smashed screen, they said they could and it would take less than two hours. I figured I would have to come back on Monday... So I dropped it off, came home and had dinner and by the time I was done with doing dishes, they called me to come and pickup the phone. Great staff, great service, very reasonable pricing. I'd give them six stars if I could. Thanks.”

“I highly recommend this company. My heater stopped working overnight so I called Kent first thing the next morning. Everyone from their office staff to the technicians to the salesman were courteous and professional. Everything went along in a timely manner. While working in my home, the techs noticed a dangerous issue with my water heater venting (which they did not install, it had nothing to do with them) and fixed it free from charge. They will certainly have all of my heating/AC business from here on out.”

“We have used Hines Plumbing twice in the several years we have owned our home. First for a toilet/toddler/paper towel incident and most recently for our hot water heater. In both instances, I called around to several places literally just to speak to someone. Hines Plumbing was the ONLY place to answer or call me back in both instances. Hines Plumbing was prompt and came and fixed both our issues very quickly. For our hot water heater, the phone call was placed at 0730AM and by 1230PM, it was fixed, no issues, no worries. Jack performed the work on our house both times. Hines Plumbing is a very professional and courteous organization. They perform quality and reliable work. Going forward, if we should have any other plumbing needs, I'm not even going to bother calling anyone else. “The installers were professional, the work was excellent, they corrected the insulation issues the stock gas log fireplace I had from the contractor build when my house was built and they were personable and informative about what I had to do after the installation. I'm just awaiting the brick installation. FYI they even ran my speaker wire for me through the wall to my specifications. The fireplace is in and I'm burning it in as I write this.”
