  Blythe is phenomenal! We hired her as our doula for both of our children’s births. She is a very kind and genuine person. I enjoyed each and every prenatal visit with her and her presence during birth. She is extremely knowledgeable and had so much more to offer than I expected! It was a real pleasure working with her.

  Blythe! We can't thank you enough! Words can't express how you have helped our family through such a sensitive time. You are the perfect advocate anyone can ask for. You are very talented, knowledgeable, and tender-hearted. Both our pregnancies and deliveries have been a walk in the park with you holding our hands. I swear you have twenty arms and can efficiently multitask as needed. The experience leading up to my 40 weeks was educational and smooth. The delivery experience itself was just incredible!! You made me feel safe, comfortable, prepared, and loved. I was at a point in my life where I was scared to have babies, but with you I could have as many as I could be blessed with. Highly recommend! Thank you thank you.

  Blythe was the doula for the birth of both of my children. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and level headed. She was available prior to my labor to answer any my questions and ease my fears. I was induced with both kids and she was immediately present at the hospital (she even beat my husband to the hospital the second time!). During labor, she was helpful and encouraging and helped me think through difficult decisions. I would highly recommend her!

  Blythe is a fabulous Doula. We hired her for the birth of both our sons and were very pleased with our birthing experience. She provided a very calm, supportive and nurturing environment and was so intuitive to my laboring needs.

  Blythe was excellent! I really appreciated how open and approachable she was through the entire process. I'm always nervous about meeting new people and she put me at ease immediately. She helped me through anxiety and fears that arose from my pregnancy and mental health issues. Blythe also helped me write my birth plan, figure out what I wanted, and questions to ask my midwife. She's very informative (loved her library!) but was willing to go with how much or little "granola" I wanted in my care. I loved that she was always available for first time mommy "Is this normal?!" questions and that she would periodically check up on me just to see how I was doing. She's definitely all for mothering the mother. Blythe also kept my husband involved and occasionally would give him homework, things to work on so that he could better help me during labor. Blythe encapsulated my placenta, which was returned to me very professionally and with the umbilical cord dried in the shape of a heart, which I treasure. Unfortunately, due to my little one wanting to be carried extra long, Blythe was unavailable to attend the birth on the date I was induced, much to our dismay as she, my husband, and I had been looking forward to it. However, Blythe had prepared for that, and made sure that I had an equally qualified and trusted doula available for my birth. Even though we didn't actually get to use Blythe for our first birth, we deeply enjoyed her services, and employed her for our second.
  
  My second baby also carried long, but I knew she felt "off" when the due date was approaching. Blythe helped me make a plan for inducing and was there at my last midwife visit right before induction and stayed till baby was born. I was SO glad Blythe was there. Baby was struggling during labor and I very nearly ended up as a C-section. Blythe was right at my side, holding my hand, keeping me calm while working with the nurses and the midwife to determine what was going on and how to help the baby. We managed to have a natural birth, and Blythe "mommy-ed" me while my husband monitored the baby being assessed. It was a huge relief to me having Blythe there knowing she would care for baby and I in the same manner I would. I was able to relax immediately post-birth even with the knowledge that baby might need to be swept off to NICU; my husband could go with our new daughter, and Blythe could stay with me, we would both be taken care of. Additionally, it was wonderful to have another set of eyes and ears to help me rehash events later--it helped greatly with processing the event.
  
  I consider Blythe an essential part of my birth team (she even got to cut the cord!) and wouldn't hesitate to employ her again. I always suggest Blythe with asked for a doula recommendation. She even completely won over my husband; he tells all expecting fathers, "Get a doula. They'll make you look and feel like a rock star."
