They were not pushy, but stayed in touch with us every time a pet of our likening arrived.. they even allowed us to bring our current pet to see if it was a good fit, after a few months we found a great match. “I enjoy walking through the park. When I began my walks 2 years ago (November 2015), it was a wooded area with bathrooms and a splash pad. But now they are developing apartments and business places. There is now an amphitheatre, a playground, new fire department, and the police department has taken over what was "Portage University." So I guess it is nice. Seems well thought through development. I'll miss the days when it was wooded and I had AM walks all to myself. Visit and enjoy.”

“Excellent and professional company to work with and just an overall awesome experience. We had to file an insurance claim on our home with our insurance company due to water damages that had occurred. They sent someone out to write up an estimate for repairs and I was to call a couple of different contractors to do the repairs for what the insurance had paid us. All of their estimates were higher than what I was given and I had no idea what I was going to do to get my home back and was getting VERY frustrated. I was referred to this company by a close friend of mine and these guys were just great! “Our first interaction with Ned Realty was in August of last year. At that time, Jim was at a rental property that we came across and he gave us a thorough tour of the property. Jim was extremely helpful with the qualifying process and made the experience very smooth and quite fast. We signed the lease and lived at the house for one year. During that year, any time we needed to talk with Jim, or needed something from Jim, we found him to be responsive, friendly, and professional. During the year we lived at the property we considered Jim to be a friend. My job relocated to Illinois which meant that we would not be renewing the lease. After giving Jim notification, we were happy to find him as friendly and helpful as ever. I just can’t recommend Ned Realty any higher. When I think of Jim, I think of a person who would always say what he was going to do and would always do what he said.”

“This beach is amazing! It's great for the whole family including me and my two sets of twins!!! Emma and Michael, Annabelle and Johnny are begging me to go back this year! I plan to go this weekend! I searched up the pics from last year and I'm sharing the amazing experience with You! The parking is easy. Bathrooms are standard beach bathrooms, so bring flip flops to walk in there when you wash up. The shower water was cold. That was the only thing that they could enhance on. A better bathroom experience when cleaning up after a day at the beach.”
